Cancellation Policy
A cancellation fee will be applied if you’re more than 10 minutes late, cancel, reschedule, or no-show without giving a 24 hour notice prior to the start of your appointment. The fee for cancellation,reschedule, no-shows or more than 10 minute late will result in a fee of 100% of your service amount. You can only reschedule your appointment one time after that the cancellation fee will apply. DEPOSIT FEES ARE NON REFUNDABLE and can’t be transferred to another appointment without a 24hr notice.
